Ukraine targeted Russia’s energy infrastructure in the border region of Kursk early Friday morning. A Ukrainian drone dropped two explosives on a substation, causing a blackout in five settlements and a hospital. Russia said that its air defence systems engaged ten hostile targets over the Kursk region and another one in Kaluga. This was the third attack on Kursk in the last 10 days.
