Russia mounted a Shahed drone attack on Ukraine earlier today amid its battlefield gains along the frontline in the east. Ukrainian Air Force claims to have shot down 14 of the 17 drones, but the remaining three wreaked havoc in Odesa near the Black sea. Two people were killed in the Russian attack. Russia also targeted Kherson and Sumy regions in the south. In retaliation, Ukraine sent drones to St Petersburg in Russia, 1000 kms away from the border.
