The Supreme Court on Thursday said the challenge to the Fact Checking Unit (FCU) involves serious Constitutional questions as it stayed the March 20 government’s notification setting up FCU till a final decision is awaited on the challenge to the Rules by the Bombay high court. The court also stayed the March 11 order of the third judge refusing to grant interim relief.
