Bollywood actor Preity Zinta purchased an apartment worth ₹17.01 crore in Mumbai’s Bandra, a Moneycontrol report quoted the documents accessed by realty platform IndexTap.com. The apartment is located in the posh locality of Pali Hill and comes with a carpet area of 1,474 sq ft. As per the report, Keystone Realtors Limited is the seller of the property and Preity Zinta paid the stamp duty of ₹85.07 lakh.
As per reports, this is the same building where Preity Zinta used to reside before her marriage in 2016. After her marriage with Gene Goodenough, the actor moved to Los Angeles.
Mumbai real estate market
The Mumbai real estate market is abuzz with high-level purchases from Bollywood celebrities. Recently, the Signature building in Oshiwara has attracted a lot of celebrities as actor Manoj Bajpayee invested ₹31 crore in the property with his wife Shabana Raza. The couple invested in four office units situated on the 12th floor of the Signature building in Oshiwara.
In September, legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan acquired four office spaces spanning nearly 8,400 square feet in the commercial project located in Oshiwara, at a cost of approximately ₹29 crore. He purchased office units on the 21st floor of the building.
In July, actor Kajol bought an office area totaling approximately 2,100 square feet within this tower, with the acquisition costing ₹7.64 crore. In a similar vein, her spouse, Ajay Devgan, had previously obtained a bundle of five office units in the same structure back in April, amounting to a substantial ₹45 crore in total. These five properties collectively encompass an impressive 13,293 square feet and are strategically located on the 16th and 17th floors of the building.
Young actor Kartik Aryan invested ₹10 crore in the project for an office space spanning 2,100 square feet. Sara Ali Khan and Amrita Singh have acquired an office space of similar size, paying a combined amount of ₹9 crore.
