NATIONWIDE – Two companies are recalling a rolling candy product due to choking hazards.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recalls on Thursday following the death of a 7-year-old girl six months ago.

Cocco Candy recalled their Cocco Candy Rolling candies following the death.
Cocco Candy of Turkey and Passaic, New Jersey-based KGR Distribution are recalling about 145,800 Cocco Candy Rolling Candy sold from May 2022 through March 2023 for about $2.50, according to the recall notice.
However, a different company selling a similar product made a nationwide recall to prevent choking incidents.
Millions of Slime Licker Sour Rolling Liquid Candy were recalled after two people reported the ball detaching from the container. Candy Dynamics reported no injuries.

The product consists of a plastic bottle with a rolling ball holding sour liquid candy. When the ball detaches, it poses a choking hazard to children.
The products are sold at Walmart, Five Below, and even on Amazon and online websites. Customers are told to contact the companies for a refund.
