Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat’s car collided with a driver on Tuesday. The incident took place when he was traveling to Udham Singh Nagar’s Kashipur. The Congress leader provided the information on his official X (formerly Twitter) handle.
Rawat said he felt mild tremors after which he went to a hospital for a medical check-up. However, doctors said everything was fine.
“While coming from Haldwani to Kashipur, my car collided with a divider at Bazpur and I felt some mild tremors, so I got it checked in the hospital and the doctors said everything was fine and discharged me,” he wrote in a post.
Notably, some media reports stated that Harish Rawat received a chest injury due to the car accident.
