Former Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was admitted to a hospital after falling down in his farmhouse in Erravalli last night.

According to ANI, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief has been admitted to the Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad.
Rao stepped down as chief minister of Telangana recently after the BRS was voted out of power in the state Assembly.
With 65 seats in the 119-member assembly, the Congress dislodged the two-term BRS government headed by Rao in the recently concluded assembly elections.
On Thursday, Anumala Revanth Reddy, who led the Congress to its first assembly elections victory in Telangana, took oath as the second chief minister of India’s youngest state along with one deputy and 10 other ministers.
Top Congress leaders including Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and others were present at the event, which was thronged by thousands of party workers and ordinary people.
