Despite his prominence in lead characters, Sushant embraced the opportunity to play a supporting role in Rajkumar Hirani’s PK alongside Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma.

As Sushant was open to diverse characters, he attributed his decision to work with Rajkumar Hirani, acknowledging the director’s prowess. According to TOI, he stated, “He had no issues playing a small character on the silver screen as it allowed him to work with a director like Rajkumar Hirani.”Working with Hirani proved to be a cherished experience for Sushant, who valued the collaboration and creative synergy with Hirani Sir. The camaraderie between the two left an indelible mark on the late actor.
