Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stands up against plans by five EU members, including four neighbours, to curb grain imports from Ukraine beyond an EU ban. The EU agreed to restrict imports of grain from Ukraine to the five countries in June to protect their farmers who blamed imports for a slump in prices on local markets. The ban will expire on September 15. Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria have all threatened to impose unilateral restrictions if the ban is not extended. Watch.
