NEW DELHI: Calcutta University has taken a significant step towards the admission process for the five-year law programme by issuing the admit card for the BA LLB entrance exam 2023. Students who have applied for BA LLB admission for the academic year 2023-2024 can now download their admit card from the official website. The entrance exam is scheduled to take place on August 6.

As for the exam itself, the BA LLB entrance test is set to be conducted in offline mode with a duration of two hours. The question paper will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions, accounting for a total of 100 marks. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official website of Calcutta University (www.caluniv.ac.in).
Navigate to Admit Card Section: Look for the “Admit Card” or “Admission” section on the homepage.
Click on BA LLB Admit Card Link: Find and click on the link specifically related to the BA LLB entrance exam admit card for the year 2023.
Enter Login Details: You will be redirected to a new page where you need to enter your login credentials, such as registration number and password.

Important Instructions

  1. Paste a self-attested photo on the Hall ticket.
  2. Entry without Hall Ticket is not allowed.
  3. Report to test center 90 minutes before exam start time; entry closes 30 minutes prior.
  4. Carry Hall Ticket and original Photo ID proof (matching names) for verification.
  5. Examination in offline mode, 100 marks, 2 marks per correct answer, no negative marking, 2 hours duration.
  6. Specially eligible PWD candidates may get 20 minutes extra per hour with prior approval.
  7. Seek approval letter from Calcutta University for special assistance due to medical reasons.
  8. Only Hall ticket, photo ID Card, and Black Ink Pen allowed in Test Hall.
  9. Prohibited items include mobile phones, electronic gadgets, watches, calculators, etc.
  10. Make own travel and stay arrangements for the test.
  11. Hall Ticket provisional, subject to eligibility verification in the admission process.
  12. No request for changing the test center will be entertained.
