As a large number of devotees continue to throng Ayodhya Ram Mandir for a Ram Lalla’s darshan, the temple trust has shared the new timings of Aarti and Darshan for devotees.

According to the new timings, the Shringaar aarti of the Ram Lalla idol will be held at 4:30 am and the Mangala prayer will be performed at 6:30 am. Devotees can visit the temple for darshan after the morning prayer from 7 am.

The bhog (offering) prayers will take place at noon and the evening aarti will be conducted at 7:30 pm. According to the revised timing, the offering prayer in the evening will take place at 8 pm.

To mark the end of the day, the Shayan aarti will be performed at 10 pm, Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s provincial spokesperson and media in-charge Sharad Sharma said, reported NDTV.

To maintain law and order in the temple town, the police have implemented robust security measures to accommodate devotees flocking from across the country.

The Additional Director General (ADG) of Lucknow Zone, Piyush Mordia, reported that despite the large influx, arrangements are in place.

“Irrespective of the large number of devotees who came to visit the temple, everyone could have ‘darshan’ of Lord Ram,” Piyush Mordia said.

“To streamline the movement of devotees, dedicated lanes have been established, facilitating a systematic approach towards the temple, he added.

He also requested people to avoid carrying their luggage and bags when they visit the temple and advised them to rather leave their belongings in the cloakrooms set up at the railway station and bus stand.

Despite the cold wave gripping the north Indian state, devotees continued to arrive for the darshan of Balak Ram at Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Temple in Ayodhya three days after the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony.

“The public transport system has been improved for the safe travel of outsiders. We are constantly assuring security in the place. Devotees arriving are having darshan with discipline. There is enthusiasm among people but there is no haphazardness. The administration and police personnel are working well on the orders of Honourable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath,” said IG Range Ayodhya, Praveen Kumar.
